People with sensitive skin need to be careful what products they use on their skin. However sometimes using nothing at all can cause more problems. Leaving sweat on the skin especially in areas where skin sits on skin (ie the armpits) can cause more irritation. Using a good deodorant that is kind to sensitive skin will help.
